The mission of Research Project's Executive Committee is to protect the artist's legacy and to advance the understanding and appreciation of the artist whom many have deemed 'the father of Mexican Modern Art.' The Committee is currently overseeing the preparation for the catalogue raisonné of the paintings and frescoes. The catalogue raisonné for the works on paper will follow.
The committee consists of Maria Ramos Martinez Bolster, Ph.D., Margarita Nieto, PhD. and Louis Stern, Director.
